In accordance with the initial OLT decision on June 12, 2024 with a final decision issued on Feb. 19, 2025, and a subsequent amendment approved on Mar. 20, 2025, site works have commenced to prepare for home construction.  The subject development parcels on the southern half of the course are private property and have been fenced off in preparation for site work and construction. Trespassing is not permitted for the safety of the community and security of the site.

Millcroft Greens is working diligently to fulfill the set of required conditions for development however, as noted by the city of Burlington on their page Millcroft Greens - 2155 Country Club Dr. - City of Burlington, some construction works may start before all the conditions are met. This may include tree removal, creek works, site grading, installation of services, etc.
